Lippman, Semsker & Salb, always aims to set fees as low as is possible while still ensuring a high quality of representation. Our fee structure varies depending on the type of case you have.  Our fees must be set differently because of the differences for employment law, estate planning and probate matters, family law, and general civil litigation cases.

Under some circumstances, we are able to reduce our fees to reflect your financial condition.  Generally, only employment and some civil litigation matters can often be handled on a contingency basis.  We rarely handle employment cases on a full contingency. We set fees based on the facts of each individual case.
