Mr. Salb is the Principal attorney of Lippman, Semsker & Salb.

Mr. Salb litigates and provides counsel in Estate Planning and Probate matters as well as in family law, employment law, and business disputes.
Mr. Salb was elected to the Steering Committee of the District of Columbia Bar Section on Labor and Employment Law in 2005, and he has served as co-chair of the Section since 2008. Mr. Salb served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Metropolitan Washington Employment Lawyers Association from 2006 through 2008.

Mr. Salb is a member of the bar of the United States Supreme Court. He is admitted to practice in the Federal and State courts in Maryland and the District of Columbia. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Courts of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the District of Columbia Circuit, and the Fourth Circuit. Mr. Salb is a member of the District of Columbia Bar Association; the Real Property and Trusts & Estates, Litigation, and Labor and Employment Law Sections of the American Bar Association.

Education:
Mr. Salb received his J.D. from Emory University in 1994. He was Articles Editor of the Bankruptcy Developments Journal, a student-edited journal for bankruptcy practitioners. Mr. Salb was Martin Luther King Fellow, North Carolina Legal Services in 1993, and he was the recipient of the Dean’s Public Service Award for 1994 at Emory.
Mr. Salb received his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, with a minor in Women’s Studies, from the University of Connecticut, in 1991. While at the University of Connecticut, Mr. Salb was inducted into Pi Sigma Alpha, the national political science honor society.
